What are the delivery options available and rates?

At prettyFIT, we provide FREE standard delivery for all orders of S$60 and above to any address in Singapore & Malaysia. For purchases below S$60, a minimum shipping cost of S$5 will be charged for your order. However, we do not deliver to PO boxes, military and restricted areas, checkpoints, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

prettyFIT also provides international delivery to most countries that our logistic partner is affiliated in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, we focus on getting your orders to you quickly, promptly and safely. 

To find out the list of countries we deliver to and its postage charges, you may select an item and proceed to the checkout page. Once you have entered your delivery address and details, we will calculate the charges automatically. Our charges are based on the volumetric weight of your order (taxes/duties not included).

How can I track my order?
Singapore & Malaysia delivery

Once your order is sent for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. You should receive your order within 2 working days from the date of notification. 

You may check your delivery status with the link that is included in the email. 

Should the delivery fail twice, you are required to pay a re-delivery fee of S$5 or opt for self collection at our stores.

International delivery
For all international deliveries, you will also receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email when your order is sent for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 5 - 7 working days from the date of order (excluding weekend and public holidays).

This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of orders.

For local deliveries, the order will be delivered 1 day after order is processed. Customers will receive the delivery notification via email once order is processed.

For international orders, the time taken is dependent on our logistic partner and their affiliations. However, rest assure that your order is on its way to you safely.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change any delivery information (including addresses) once the order is shipped.

Kindly ensure the correct shipping address has been provided before making payment.

Should you need to change your address before shipment, make sure to contact our customer service via hello@prettyfit.com.sg immediately and we will do whatever we can to help!

Will there be additional charge for re-delivery?
Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted re-delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.

For local deliveries, you may drop us a message at hello@prettyfit.com.sg if you wish to opt for self collection at our stores instead.
